Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Project Engineer will manage, plan, and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project schedules and budgets, conducting technical assessments, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and reporting on project progress.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and execution
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes
• Effective communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in the MEP sector, preferably within the GCC region
• Capable of working on-site, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is an added advantage
