Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, or field engineering.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., CAD), project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and industry-specific regulations.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Project Planning & Management: Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
- Technical Coordination: Work with designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure specifications meet requirements.
- Implementation & Supervision: Lead the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment, systems, or site activities.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards (e.g., OSHA, API, ASME) and environmental regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present progress updates, prepare reports, and manage technical queries with clients.
- Quality Control: Lead QA/QC procedures, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and project staff
