Senior Project Engineer

Join one of North America’s largest food manufacturing companies as a Senior Project Engineer supporting capital projects, automation initiatives, infrastructure improvements, and equipment modernization efforts across multiple facilities.

This position serves as the engineering lead for a large manufacturing facility while also supporting projects across several regional plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital engineering projects from concept through execution
• Manage equipment upgrades, automation projects, and infrastructure improvements
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, operations, and maintenance teams
• Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and engineering specifications
• Support multiple facilities while based in Denison, IA
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project engineering experience in manufacturing
• Experience managing capital projects
• Automation, equipment upgrade, or infrastructure project experience
• Strong project management and contractor coordination skills
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
• AutoCAD experience preferred

Compensation

• Base salary: $116,000+
• Annual bonus: $10,000
• Full relocation assistance

Pay: $116,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year
