Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Engineer specializing in Aluminum and Façade Systems to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage multiple façade and glazing projects from planning to final handover, ensuring exceptional quality, safety compliance, cost control, and timely delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent site coordination, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Manage, plan, and oversee aluminum and façade projects from initiation to completion.
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to understand project scope clearly.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, and variations; provide periodic status reports.
• Ensure timely completion of all activities as per project deadlines.

Technical & Engineering Support

• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, technical submittals, method statements, and work procedures.
• Coordinate with the engineering, design, and procurement teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor proposals and ensure materials meet project specifications.

Site Coordination & Supervision

• Supervise on-site installation, fabrication, and erection activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, material quality, and adherence to HSE requirements.
• Identify site-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions promptly.

Client, Consultant & Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise regularly with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Attend progress, technical, and coordination meetings, presenting updates and resolving concerns.
• Ensure all project activities comply with local authority regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in aluminum, façade, and glazing projects within the UAE or GCC.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, doors/windows, and glazing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• License: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
