Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Civil & Interior) with strong expertise in construction and interior fit-out project management. The ideal candidate will independently manage end-to-end project execution, ensure timely delivery, maintain budget control, and uphold quality and safety standards across all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor construction and interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Track project costs, prepare BOQs, review budgets, and control cost deviations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality.
• Manage contractors/subcontractors and verify work progress with site measurements.
• Provide periodic project updates and reports to management.
• Maintain documentation including progress reports, checklists, drawings, and handover files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction & interior fit-out project execution.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works, interior finishes, materials & execution processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong project management, team coordination & communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & project tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
