Senior Project Engineer (Civil)construction

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.Team Coordination:Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams.Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.Resolve conflicts and address challenges to maintain project momentum.Client and Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Conduct regular risk assessments and address issues proactively.Budget and Resource Management:Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.Track expenses and report on financial performance.Optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and changes.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.Required QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Advanced degrees or certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.Experience:Minimum 5 to 9 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or tensile membrane structures.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
