Senior Project Engineer – Piling & Deep Foundations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in piling and deep foundation works to oversee multiple active construction sites.
The role requires a technically strong engineer capable of managing site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting project acquisition through industry connections.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Site Responsibilities

+10 years of experience in supervision and coordination of piling works including:

• Bored piles
• Secant & contiguous piles
• Diaphragm walls
• Sheet piling
• Oversee pile caps, foundations, excavation support systems, ground anchoring, struts, and dewatering works
• Review and interpret geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure correct execution of piling operations, including drilling, reinforcement placement, concreting, and testing
• Coordinate and witness pile testing (static load test, PDA, integrity tests)
• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures

Multi-Site Coordination

• Oversee and monitor up to three active sites simultaneously
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and equipment teams
• Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, and equipment utilization
• Resolve technical and execution issues across sites

QA/QC & HSE

• Ensure full compliance with QA/QC standards and approved ITPs
• Enforce HSE requirements and safe work practices on all sites
• Participate in inspections, audits, and client/consultant reviews

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a key technical interface with:
• Clients
• Consultants
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input and solutions
• Support project handovers and site close-out activities

Business Support

• Support management in identifying new project opportunities
• Leverage industry relationships to assist in bringing new works, leads, or tenders
• Provide technical input during tendering and pre-construction stages when required
