What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To lead and manage SAP ERP projects while also performing the duties of an ERP Analyst. This dual role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the optimization of SAP ERP systems in alignment with business objectives.

What Do We Expect From You?

• To lead and manage SAP ERP projects, including implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements,

• To define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery,

• To mitigate risks and manage changes effectively throughout the project lifecycle,

• To collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business objectives and ensure seamless integration across functions,

• To manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality deliverables and support services,

• To assist in the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP ERP modules,

• To ıdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency,

• To ensure the seamless integration of ERP modules to support end-to-end business processes,

• To mentor and support other ERP Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment,

• To act as a key liaison between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment,

• To ensure that ERP operations and projects comply with international standards and internal policies,

• To generate and analyze reports to monitor project progress, system performance, and business impact,

• To stay informed on the latest SAP developments, particularly in S/4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions,

• To lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, user experience, and project outcomes,

• To advocate for the adoption of new SAP features and technologies that can benefit the organization,

• To ıdentify and manage risks associated with both ERP systems and projects,

• To develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure system reliability and project success.

Why You?

• If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Preferably with a master's degree,

• If you have at least 5 years of experience in SAP ERP systems, with a strong focus on Sales and Logistics Execution (SAP LE) functionalities),

• If you have hands-on experience project management and analytical roles,

• If you have proven track record in leading ERP projects and performing ERP system support and optimization tasks,

• If you have more than 4 years of experience working as a module consultant in SAP ERP systems, with expertise in SAP WM, and familiarity with SAP TM and aATP considered an advantage,

• If you have minimum 3 E2E project implementation experience and support of ERP projects,

• If you have minimum 2 E2E project management experience in the ERP area,

• If you have knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions related to the modules of the respective unit is a plus,

• If you have strong skills in process improvement and mining,

• If you have experience working in a global corporate environment,

• If you are willing and able to travel for business purposes, both domestically and internationally, when required,
