About Attimo
Attimo is Italian for “moment” – a single, irreducible instant.
It comes from the Latin atomus, the indivisible unit from which everything is built – and, by extension, the smallest unit of time.
We chose this name because modern life is made of moments that are constantly interrupted. Time and attention have become the scarcest resources people have. Attimo exists to give them back.
We build cognitively ergonomic products – AI systems shaped around human capabilities and limitations, instead of forcing people to adapt to machines. Our work starts from one belief: if information were organised in a way that fits how our minds work, people could think more clearly, decide more confidently, and create more boldly.
Attimo’s mission is to architect products that respect the mind: tools that reduce cognitive noise, surface what truly matters, and create more meaningful, focused time in people’s lives. Over time, we envision a trusted digital ally for every person – an invisible layer that handles the information flood in the background so humans can focus on what only humans can do.
We are building this with a clear set of principles: radical honesty and transparency, idea meritocracy where the best ideas win, extreme ownership of outcomes, and a bias for thoughtful experimentation. We work as small, autonomous teams with high standards, long‑term thinking, and deep respect for both emerging technology and human limits.
Attimo is an early‑stage, product‑driven company. We are designing at the frontier of human–AI collaboration and inviting people who want their work to matter - to their craft, to the people who use our products, and to the world that will live with them – so we stay in the moment.
