Senior Project Manager

Job Title : Senior Project Manager (UAE Experienced - 10 Years Required)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager with 10 years' experience in high-rise buildings in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil works with a focus on ensuring project execution aligns with local regulations, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• 10 years of experience in managing high-rise residential and commercial tower projects.
• Strong civil engineering background with expertise in structural works, foundation systems, and concrete high-rise construction.
• Leads overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinates with consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities.
• Ensures compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DM, DDA, and other local authority regulations.
• Oversees construction activities, including structural and architectural work
• Conducts site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Manages project risks, solves technical issues, and ensures timely corrective action.
• Supervises large multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Ensures timely completion of project milestones and final handover.
• Skilled in contract management, variation claims, and procurement planning.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise logistics, tower crane operations, and site safety protocols.
• Proven track record of delivering high-rise projects within time, quality, and cost targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of experience in high-rise buildings, particularly in Dubai.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
