Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in hotel or resort construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage hotel/resort construction projects from concept to handoverCoordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholdersPrepare project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and monitor progressEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory regulationsManage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors effectivelyConduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issuesMonitor cost control, timelines, and risk mitigationEnsure smooth coordination for MEP, interiors, landscaping, and finishing worksReport project status to senior management and stakeholdersRequired

Experience & Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage hotel/resort construction projects from concept to handover
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and monitor progress
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory regulations
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors effectively
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve techncal and execution issues
  • Monitor cost control, timelines, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure smooth coordination for MEP, interiors, landscaping, and finishing works
  • Report project status to senior management and stakeholders
  • Required Experience & Skills
  • 10–15+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Mandatory experience in hotel or resort construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, interiors, and hospitality standards
  • Proven ability to handle large-scale projects independently
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
  • PMP / Prince2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)
