Senior Project Manager

About Us:

GRID Architect & Interiors is a leading interior design and architecture firm specializing in turnkey residential, commercial, and luxury projects. With a growing team and expanding operations, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple project and ensure seamless execution across all sites.

Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple interior projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, multi-project handling, team management, and a deep understanding of interior execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage all project managers, site supervisors, and execution teams.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and execution teams to ensure workflow alignment.
• Monitor project progress, site quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to design intent, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Streamline processes and introduce systems to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management within interior design, architecture, or construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of materials, BOQ, drawings, and interior execution workflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project planning tools.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Preferred Qualities:

• Highly organized and process-driven.
• Strong eye for detail and quality control.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Experience working with premium residential or commercial projects is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
