We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Joinery & Fit-Out Design to oversee and manage interior fit-out and joinery projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring quality, cost control, and timely completion in line with approved designs and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fit-out and joinery projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality works
- Coordinate with design, production, factory, site, MEP, and subcontractor teams
- Plan project timelines, schedules, and manpower allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and authority regulations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site inspections and factory coordination to ensure workmanship and finishing standards
- Control project costs, variations, and procurement activities
- Ensure timely approvals, submissions, and material deliveries
- Prepare and submit progress reports, completion reports, and handover documents
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
