Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven expertise in handling software project lifecycles within a fast-paced organization.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps) and external stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project status updates.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Project Management.
• Proven experience in managing web, mobile, and enterprise application projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications (Mandatory).

• Experience working in a software services organization.
• Strong exposure to international clients.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
