About the Role
As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force that transforms vision into execution. You’ll manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that bring innovative natural health solutions to life.
You’ll work closely with executives, functional leaders, and agile teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects that shape the future of wellness. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — and finds energy in turning big ideas into measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously — ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and on target.
• Translate strategy into detailed plans with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes.
• Partner with executive sponsors and department heads to drive alignment and accountability.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, status updates, and post-mortems to maintain momentum and clarity.
• Anticipate risks, communicate proactively, and pivot with precision when priorities shift.
• Build repeatable systems and frameworks that strengthen organizational execution.
• Serve as a connector and communicator across functions — ensuring everyone is moving in the same direction.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within health, wellness, consumer, or technology industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects from concept to launch.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with obsessive attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work comfortably with executives and contributors alike.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification a plus.
• Above all: a growth mindset, positive energy, and drive to make a real difference.

The pay range for this position is $105,000.00 to $135,000.00. Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws.
