Senior Project Manager

We are a well-established exterior restoration contractor with decades of experience and a strong reputation across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Specializing in facade restoration, roofing, and waterproofing.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager— ideally a Licensed Professional Engineer — to lead large-scale facade restoration, roofing, and waterproofing projects from inception through completion. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on project outcomes, client relationships, and company growth. This position sits in Englewood NJ with an office in NYC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple concurrent facade, roofing, and waterproofing projects across the TriState metro area
  • Drive project performance across budget, schedule, and quality
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining a strong client portfolio, with the ability to transition and expand that book of business within our organization
  • Coordinate seamlessly with engineers, architects, and field teams to ensure cohesive project execution
  • Ensure full compliance with NYC DOB regulations, Local Law 11 (FISP), and applicable city and state building codes
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection reports with precision• Lead project meetings and deliver clear, executive-level reporting to stakeholders
  • Leverage project management software, digital reporting platforms, and the full Microsoft Office suite to manage workflows efficiently

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in façade restoration, roofing, and/or waterproofing
  • Proven leadership and project management experience on complex, multi-stakeholder projects• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, FISP, and Local Law 11 compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence leading client meetings and executive presentations
  • High proficiency with project management software, Adobe, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and tools

Preferred / A Plus

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York, New Jersey, and/or Connecticut• SPRAT Level 2 or higher certification• Spanish speaking a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
