Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedule, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Build and lead project teams, assign tasks, and maintain accountability across functional groups.
  • Estimate, track, and control project costs; allocate necessary manpower and tools.
  • Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Serve as liaison among clients, executives, vendors, and team members; provide timely status updates and maintain transparency.
  • Track milestones, adjust project plans as needed, and prepare detailed progress reports.
  • Handle procurement processes, contract management, and vendor performance oversight.
  • Facilitate project handover, document outcomes, evaluate performance, and identify areas for process improvement.


Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical Engineering)
  • Experience: Typically, 10 years in managing projects end-to-end; government or sector-specific experience may be required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry standards and compliance regulations (e.g., health, safety, permits) is beneficial.
