We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Facade & Aluminum Systems who can take full ownership of complex construction projects from concept to completion. This is more than just project oversight—you will lead strategy, execution, and delivery while managing multidisciplinary teams across large-scale developments.

You will act as the critical link between engineering, site operations, and client stakeholders—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:
Lead end-to-end execution of facade and aluminum system projects, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to handover.

Planning & Coordination:
Develop project schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Site Oversight:
Supervise construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with technical specifications and safety standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving challenges proactively.

Technical Oversight:
Ensure all facade, glazing, curtain wall, and cladding systems meet design and engineering requirements.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
10+ years in construction project management, with strong expertise in facade, aluminum, or building envelope systems.

Technical Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with curtain wall systems, glazing, cladding, and large-scale construction projects.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders effectively.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Certifications:
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Mindset:
You are results-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of making decisions in fast-paced project environments.
