We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee our large-scale carpentry projects and ensure their successful execution from concept to completion.

Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of various carpentry projects. This role involves collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and the internal team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple carpentry projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee and manage the project team, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Manage the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and the project remains profitable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within the carpentry or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, woodworking processes, and construction project workflows.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to negotiate and manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: AED27,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
