Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f) who can take full ownership of major construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion. You are not just coordinating timelines—you are driving strategy, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of high-value projects in demanding environments.

You will act as the central leader between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Leadership:

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government entities, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Budget & Cost Control:

Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify potential risks early and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, engineering standards, and contractual requirements.

Reporting & Communication:

Provide clear and consistent progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

8–15+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or EPC environments.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead large teams, manage contractors, and deliver complex, multi-phase projects.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Certifications:

PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Mindset:

You are structured, decisive, and results-driven. You know how to balance speed, quality, and cost without compromising project integrity.
