Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale fiber optic and telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of fiber optic and telecom infrastructure projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Supervise project teams and provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues efficiently.
• Manage stakeholder communications and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support business development and contribute to strategic project planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management within telecom, fiber optic, or infrastructure industries.
• Proven experience managing large-scale FTTH, OSP, ISP, or telecom network deployment projects.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure standards, fiber networks, and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Qatar or GCC telecom projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual management experience.
• Knowledge of local regulations and telecom compliance standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Pay: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
