Senior Project Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Oversee RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation
  • Ensure job site safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Drive schedules and resolve issues to keep projects on track

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong background in Inspection and quality control, including verification of work against plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management for construction projects, coordinating labor, equipment, and material flows to support efficient site operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Several years of progressive experience managing commercial and institutional projects, preferably in a general contracting environment.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software such as Promavera P6 and Procore Project Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site daily in Fort Myers, FL, conduct regular field walks, and support multiple projects as needed.

Employment Type

  • Salary Plus Bonus

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
