Senior Project Manager – Architectural Metal & Glass

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex architectural metal and glass projects—such as curtain walls, façades, storefronts, cladding systems, canopies, balustrades, and custom architectural features—from design through completion. This role ensures projects meet performance, safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements while coordinating across engineering, fabrication, installation, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation.
• Oversee fabrication quality and on-site installation activities.
• Monitor risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience in architectural metal, glass, or façade projects.
• Strong technical understanding of glazing, curtain walls, cladding, and metal fabrication.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
