About this Role:
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in Procore to lead complex projects from initiation through completion. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Oversee daily project operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, and workflows

Ensure accurate and timely updates, maintain data integrity and compliance
-
Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively
-
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contractors, vendors, and clients
-
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements
-
Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team performance
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field
-
5+ years of project management experience (construction or related industry preferred)
-
Preferred Hands‑on experience with Procore (administration, workflows, reporting, and project tools)

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
-
Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills

Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
