- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and direct all phases of construction from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
- Budget and Financial Management:
- Monitor and control project costs, track expenditures, and manage change orders.
- Review and verify invoices, applications for payment, and ensure overall fiscal management of projects.
- Implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Risk Management and Quality Control:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications and building codes.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety rules and regulations.
- Stakeholder and Team Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to manage expectations and keep them informed.
- Lead and mentor project teams, including junior project managers, supervisors, and other staff.
- Resolve disputes and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Oversight and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress and performance against the established schedule and budget.
