Senior Project Manager – Civil

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager – Civil to lead and deliver large-scale civil construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, extensive project execution experience, and a proven track record in managing high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage project resources, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure timely delivery within approved budget and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities
• Monitor project progress and prepare executive-level reports
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety, and quality standards
• Oversee contract administration and commercial aspects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 12–20 years of experience in civil construction
• Minimum 5+ years in a Senior Project Manager role
• Strong experience in high-rise / commercial / infrastructure projects
• Extensive knowledge of UAE authority approvals and regulations
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Experience handling projects valued at AED 100M+
• PMP certification (advantage)
• Strong commercial and contract management exposure

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
