You will act as the central link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, ensuring smooth delivery from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across construction, IT, or operational domains.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.

Delivery Management:
Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Process Optimization:
Identify gaps in workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and project success rates.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with technical, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in project management, with exposure to construction, IT, or operational project environments. At least 1–2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.

Track Record:
Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery with measurable results and successful stakeholder management.

Tools & Methods:
Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.

Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Mindset:
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
