Senior Project Manager cum Quality Control (QC)

Job Description (JD)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager cum Quality Control (QC) to join Spectra. The ideal candidate will manage projects from planning to completion while ensuring all work meets required quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

This role requires strong leadership, site supervision, coordination with teams, and hands-on quality control across ongoing projects.

Job Responsibilities (JR)

Manage and oversee multiple projects from start to handover

Plan project schedules, resources, and budgets

Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications

Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively

Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and QC documentation

Communicate with clients and attend site meetings when required

Ensure health, safety, and quality procedures are followed on site

Travel between project sites using company or personal vehicle

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in project management and quality control

Strong knowledge of construction/interior fit-out standards and processes

Proven experience handling site supervision and QC inspections

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in MS Office and project management tools

*Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)*

Immediate or short notice period preferred
