JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager - Design (Hotels) to join our team. As the Senior Project Manager - Design (Hotels), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design phase of hotel projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design phase of hotel projects, ensuring that design goals, timelines, and budgets are met
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
• Manage and coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and evaluate design concepts, drawings, and specifications for compliance with project requirements
• Monitor and control project changes, risks, and issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate any potential impacts
• Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards in the design phase
• Prepare and present design progress reports, presentations, and recommendations to clients and senior management
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing design projects, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of hotel design principles, standards, and trends
• Proven track record of successfully delivering hotel design projects
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
