Salary: SAR 20,000 – 25,000 (Full Package)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead premium interior fit-out projects from inception through to completion. This role involves overseeing project execution, managing contracts and stakeholders, and ensuring delivery in line with quality, safety, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, and overall commercial aspects of projects
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance processes
• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise quality control, inspections, and final project handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
• Proven track record in managing luxury or high-end fit-out projects
• Strong expertise in contract management, claims, and commercial processes
• Familiarity with Primavera, MS Project, and ERP systems
• Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, SCE, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
