Senior Project Manager (FT)

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) serves a critical role for the Brooklyn Park Economic Development and Housing division. Projects this position are responsible for include housing finance projects, business subsidy projects (including state and county financing programs) and deployment of the developer support program. This also includes managing several internal projects such as the city’s trail implementation plan, managing financing assistance for the City’s naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH), assisting with pandemic recovery work and several other economic inclusion initiatives

The person in this position must have extensive experience and knowledge of complex real estate development projects and public financing tools, ideally in government setting.
