Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in high-rise civil construction projects in the UAE. The role involves full responsibility for project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver high-rise construction projects from commencement to handover in a profitable and compliant manner.
• Develop and manage project management plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and work breakdown structures.
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are achieved through effective planning and control.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to Senior Management, highlighting risks, variations, and corrective actions.
• Track project costs, resources, and productivity to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Evaluate project milestones and outcomes against approved deliverables and schedules.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring timely approvals and performance compliance.
• Conduct site visits and review/approve consultant and subcontractor submissions.
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, local authority requirements, contract conditions, and industry best practices.
• Identify and manage project risks, variations, and claims in coordination with commercial teams.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, with proven UAE high-rise building experience.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Extensive experience managing large project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, local authority approvals, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise projects
• Immediate joiners or short notice period
• PMP or equivalent certification (advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE: 10 years (Preferred)
• Project Manager - High Rise Civil: 10 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
