Senior Project Manager – High-Rise Mixed-Use Development Experience Required

Join the Arizona division of a respected general contractor delivering landmark projects across the region. This role offers the opportunity to lead one of the area’s most significant urban developments—a multi-phase, high-rise project that will redefine the downtown skyline.

About the Project
This is a major mixed-use development with a budget exceeding $300 million, combining residential living with integrated amenities and structured parking. The project spans multiple towers and includes premium lifestyle features designed for a vibrant metropolitan community. Construction is underway, with delivery planned over the next several years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct all aspects of project management for a large-scale, high-rise development, including budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
  • Manage subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, change orders, and payment applications.
  • Oversee RFIs, proposals, and change documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with field leadership.
  • Lead close-out activities, including punch lists, O&M documentation, and owner training.
  • Integrate virtual construction and BIM coordination for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a strong safety culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Mentor and coach project team members to support career development.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 10–15 years of experience managing large commercial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase developments with budgets exceeding $100M.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction sequencing, and contract law.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Pay: $151,238.00 - $249,873.00 per year
