Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Projects Manager to lead joinery projects from initiation through to final completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, interior fit-out, or related project environments, with proven ability to manage installation teams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver projects on time, within quality standards, and according to client requirements.

This role requires strong project planning, site coordination, team leadership, and the ability to manage multiple project activities while maintaining high standards of workmanship and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage joinery projects from project handover and planning through installation and final completion
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
• Coordinate site activities to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are maintained
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor material requirements, delivery schedules, and site readiness to avoid delays
• Track project progress and resolve issues affecting scope, quality, or timeline
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements and company standards
• Conduct regular site visits, progress reviews, and coordination meetings
• Prepare progress updates and reports for management and stakeholders
• Support project closeout activities, snag rectification, and final handover

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture
• 5–10 years of experience managing joinery projects from initiation to completion
• Proven ability to manage installation teams and deliver projects within quality and timeline requirements
• Strong knowledge of joinery project execution, site coordination, and installation processes
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is an added advantage
• Experience in interior fit-out, architectural joinery, or bespoke woodwork projects
• Familiarity with project planning, reporting, and coordination with consultants and contractors
• GCC experience is an advantage, if applicable to your market

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
