Senior Project manager - MEP

The Senior Project Manager – MEP is responsible for leading and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP project execution from initiation to completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of MEP project management experience in construction
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management tools and MEP standards
• Experience handling large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification is an advantage
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
