Job Brief

We are looking for a strong and experienced Senior Project Manager Oil & Gas (EPC) to lead large EPC projects from start to finish.

In this role, you will take full charge of major oil and gas projects from award stage to final handover. You will ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and as per contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead large Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects
• Manage projects from award to commissioning and final handover
• Ensure work is completed safely and meets all HSE standards
• Deliver projects on time and within the approved budget
• Manage contracts such as LSTK and reimbursable models
• Oversee project planning, execution, and cost control
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISO)
• Lead multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Handle project risks, challenges, and execution issues effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas project execution
• 57 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of EPC contract models (LSTK, reimbursable, etc.)
• Proven experience in delivering midstream or downstream EPC projects in the Middle East
• Experience managing large CAPEX projects
• Strong understanding of regional EPC practices and execution challenges
• Experience working with international clients
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISO)
