Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead User Access and Training initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end delivery of Epic training programs and ensuring seamless user access provisioning while maintaining security and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience in healthcare IT, and the ability to coordinate across technical, security, and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of Epic training programs, including user identification, curriculum development, enrollment, and logistics
• Coordinate with security and technical teams to manage user access provisioning and role-based access controls
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; drive resolution through collaboration
• Oversee project resources and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Produce regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and PMO staff as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8–10 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management
• Strong experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a healthcare or hospital environment
• Hands-on experience with Epic systems and training programs
• Experience with user access management and role-based provisioning
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) – strongly preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – preferred
