The Role

As a Senior Project & Product Analyst, you will not just "track" progress—you will shape it. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between raw market data and actionable business strategy. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap and project governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry & Market Research:  Conduct deep-dive research into global and local industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market shifts to inform product positioning.
• Product Lifecycle Analysis:  Evaluate product performance metrics to identify growth levers, optimization opportunities, and commercial viability.
• Project Governance:  Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs and resource optimization.
• Data Storytelling:  Translate complex datasets and industry research into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:  Act as the strategic "bridge" between Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to ensure flawless project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:  10 to 15 years of professional experience in Product Management, Project Analytics, or Strategic Consulting.
• Education:  GRADUATION/MASTERS.
• Research Prowess:  Demonstrated ability to perform primary and secondary industry research that has led to measurable business impact.
• Technical Toolkit:  Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), advanced SQL, and project management frameworks (Agile/PMP/Scrum).
