Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Manager to oversee and manage our civil construction projects, including warehouses, villas, and multi-storey buildings. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and deliver projects within timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and supervise all civil construction projects from planning to completion.

· Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

· Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules, specifications, and safety standards.

· Conduct site inspections and monitor project performance.

· Prepare progress reports and resolve any technical or operational issues.

· Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil construction, specifically in building warehouses, villas, and buildings.

· Proven successful project management track record.

· Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

· Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
