Job Requirements Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering ONLY (mandatory)
• Must be a graduate of a government (public) university
• PMP / MBA / Professional Project Management certificates are preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the contracting/construction sector
• Proven experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously (Multi-Projects)
• Strong experience in budgeting – scheduling – resource management – cash flow
• Excellent coordination between Site – Technical Office – Procurement – HR
• Preferred experience in government projects / real estate development / design & build

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to final delivery
• Develop and implement an internal Project Management System for the company
• Supervise and evaluate Project Managers’ performance
• Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor costs and performance indicators (KPIs & monitoring systems)
• Prepare monthly reports for senior management
• Solve problems proactively and make effective decisions
• Develop the technical team and build strong project teams for upcoming projects
