About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Prompt Engineer to join our Innovation / AI Engineering team. In this role, you will work on Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and prompt optimization to develop AI-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges in the financial domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs and other generative AI models.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to address business problems in finance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and best practices.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI models and solutions.
• Document workflows, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Python scripting and programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in the financial domain or fintech solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
• Experience with AI evaluation metrics and fine-tuning models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
