Senior Property Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Property Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Property Advisor at Noorzad Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
• Maintain and update property listings with accurate information.
• Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Schedule and conduct property visits with potential buyers or tenants.
• Assist in negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Guide clients through legal and financial documentation processes.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai's real estate market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, driven by performance and targets.
• Highly competitive commission structure of up to 60%.
