We’re Hiring – Senior Consultant
Binarya is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to guide and manage a small team of property consultants. If you’re a closer with leadership skills, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and train property consultants
• Handle high-value deals (off-plan & secondary)
• Set daily KPIs and drive performance
• Support management in revenue growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years Dubai real estate experience
• Strong closing and team management skills
• RERA certified (or willing to get certified)
• Proven sales track record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real Estate Brokerage: 2 years (Preferred)
