Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on property investments, both off-plan and ready properties, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with investors, end-users, governmental agencies, and key developers.
  • Conduct market research, attend property launches, and stay ahead of real estate trends.
  • Lead site visits, negotiations, and the full sales lifecycle.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments.
What We're Looking For Experience & Education
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in consulting and real estate background, ideally in Dubai or in a similar fast-paced market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Law.
  • RERA License (mandatory)
