Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on property investments, both off-plan and ready properties, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Build and manage strong relationships with investors, end-users, governmental agencies, and key developers.
- Conduct market research, attend property launches, and stay ahead of real estate trends.
- Lead site visits, negotiations, and the full sales lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments.
What We're Looking For Experience & Education
- 1-3 years of proven experience in consulting and real estate background, ideally in Dubai or in a similar fast-paced market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Law.
- RERA License (mandatory)
