Senior Property Consultant

Winvestor Developments is an Egyptian-Saudi joint stock company between IMS Development and Project Management and Al-Manawer Contracting Company. With a strong presence in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt, the company has completed many government projects, including mosques, schools, police stations, and prisons in Saudi Arabia, as well as housing projects in Egypt, particularly in New Cairo. Winvestor Developments is involved in the urban expansion of fourth generation cities and other new areas in Egypt, reflecting its commitment to contributing to future urban development.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating with structural and civil engineers. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The Site Engineer will also be required to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Experience in on-site construction supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in quality control procedures
• Knowledge in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Experience working in urban development projects is a plus
