Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant role located in Rawalpindi. The Senior Property Consultant will oversee customer interactions, provide expert advice on property investment opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, conducting property tours, negotiating sales deals, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process. The role also involves staying updated on market trends to deliver tailored real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate practices
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and negotiation techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach
• Thorough knowledge of the real estate market in Rawalpindi and Islamabad is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
