Key Responsibilities

• Present and market luxury properties with accuracy and professionalism.
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and client consultations.
• Coordinate and host property viewings while maintaining high service standards.
• Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers from initial offer to closure.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and documentation.
• Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, regulations, and new project launches.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales within Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, German, or Spanish are an advantage.
• Self motivated, target driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
