Role Description

The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and achieving sales targets in line with company goals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting property presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional client support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications


  • REAL ESTATE Experience is a Must.(Commercial)
  • Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge in Real Estate markets, understanding of customer needs, and ability to identify opportunities
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry or a customer-focused role is a strong advantage
