We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role suits someone who understands the local market, communicates confidently with clients, and has a strong record in off-plan and ready property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and provide clear guidance on property options
• Present off-plan and completed projects professionally
• Negotiate offers and close deals with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio with consistent follow-ups
• Conduct viewings and share accurate market insights
• Stay updated on new launches, pricing, and Abu Dhabi market trends
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely transactions

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a property consultant in Abu Dhabi
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good understanding of both off-plan and secondary market inventory
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driver’s license
• Motivated, confident, and able to work independently
