ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Agent - OFF Plan located in Dubai. The Senior Sales Agent will be responsible for marketing and selling off-plan properties to potential clients. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging prospective buyers, presenting property features and benefits, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The agent will also assist in generating leads, conducting property tours, and managing client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan properties
• At least with 6 to 1 year of Experience in Real Estate in Dubai
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships effectively
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
